I only say this because I can never tell when people are being sarcastic or not when I'm reading what they have to say

The story behind his post was:
There is this guy in my class who always goes out of his way to give me a hard time
I ignore him and could care less about what he has to say, but it still gets under my skin quite a bit

What happened was he was on Facebook or something during class when he was supposed to be doing something scholarly and he got caught
He got his laptop confiscated for the rest of the day and is not allowed to use his laptop in school for a month

Sorrow: Today I found out my Mum gave my brothers extra birthday money and told them both not to tell me. I think it's pretty obvious by now that my Mother prefers my brothers other me.

almost done with my first semester in college, which is good because it sucked. Looking forward to a better 2nd semester.

Rushing at my friends frat after finals finish
(I was sold when he mentioned that they were going to be sledding down the stairs of the frat house)

Got accepted to the summer study abroad program in Amsterdam

sorrow:Mom's gonna take me shopping to restock the fridge, which is usually good, but I have to have the "mom I'm dropping my poli-sci major for film, getting tatoos on my hands, and joining a frat" conversation.

@zeldakeeper- *hugs* I can relate to that in a way. My mom always preferred (and still does) for me to be like my older sister, who is the polar opposite of me. (i.e. Girly, favorite color is pink, a cheerleader, tiny, blonde hair and blue eyes, has had more boyfriends than passing grades in school, anti-electronics, etc.) Lots of lots of meh there. But Chewy is right, you need to be the better person and be who you are comfortable with being, not who someone else wants you to be.

@Seth- You're going to the Netherlands? You'd be the coolest person ever if you would send me a postcard. :V

@Sleet- My statement still stands: I could totally see you in a fraternity/sorority, but without the negative parts to it.

sorrow: while not failing any of my classes, I'm not doing good enough in a few to not risk losing my scholarship.
Joy: there is an appeals process and my mom is signing me up for some special ADHD college thing that may convince them to let me keep it.
Joy: my schedule next semester is nowhere near as packed now that I dropped a few classes so as to spread my education out over 5 years instead of 4. I even have no (important) classes on Thursday.
