It means your creative juices are flowing. You just need to be alone to organize your thoughts. Maybe you have a novel in you?

Yeah, I noticed it was pretty slow all weekend.Tha Housefox wrote:After they built me, they broke the mold.Sleet wrote:Instead of a house, we should get enough bricks to build us a Housefox.
I'm also really good at killing the chat thread.
Also hey guys, what's up? I took a bit of a mini vacation from the forums this weekend and since this is the last week of my college classes, and prom is this weekend(!!), I just wanted to let y'all know that I'm not dead.
By the way, my phone is currently broken. My Skype and my TextFree number (posted on my Facebook- Sleet or myself can give it to you) are still good methods for communication for those of you who text me.
Let me tell you about Homestuck.

Do house cats have the ability to magnetically determine the best angle to strike at and instantly murder an animal that thinks being under the snow makes it safe? :3Duster wrote:Sleet wrote:Arctic foxes just tend to be good at killing things.

Of course I wasn't talking about your book, it's actually good! (and none of the important characters have been needlessly killed off yet, which is a good sign)

Aww thanks! I wasn't even sure anyone was reading it. Not that there's that much to read yet anyway. I've been so busy lately, I haven't even been working on the next bit. Seriously guys, not sure if I said this already, life is hard!
(Also, I don't plan on needlessly killing anyone off...yet )

Re: Chat Thread 40: Where in the World is JeffCvt?
Is it ever possible to bring about a character's death without need? If killing off the character does nothing to advance the plot, don't do it. = P

Re: Chat Thread 40: Where in the World is JeffCvt?
I know right? It doesn't make sense but there are so many stories that will kill off a character solely (it seems) for dramatic effect but it comes about in such a way that it's just jarring and makes you wonder why they did that. I guess it's tactless rather than needless and it does nothing but leave a bad taste in the reader's/viewer's/player's mouth.
Maybe it's just me, I don't like death for dramatic effect. It's such a loss and literally leaves a gaping hole in the character base. Code Geass did it beautifully because it used a needless death to bring up the topic of needless death in such a situation. I still didn't like how many main characters died and their deaths still felt like they could've been avoided, but the show made you feel like they were unavoidable and necessary to get to the end, which is one of the best endings of anything I've seen in a long time.
Like that thing that that guy said once, "you can do whatever you want along the way, as long as it has a happy ending" (I seriously can't be bothered looking it up ).

Well, I'll let that mistake slide because the keys on the keyboard to type "arctic" are very close to the keys required to type "red" but still, red.

Exactly. I'm wondering, though, if this is a new thing for Warriors or if it's just been sailing over my head for some reason.Nyaliva wrote:I know right? Sometimes death in fiction can be a major impact, but i rather see people's resolve sticking through thick and thin. Resolve > lame deaths. Unless you're superman. Nothing shakes a resolve seeing strong men die. :'(

Re: Chat Thread 40: Where in the World is JeffCvt?
I've seen the first two. So, I guess I will. I hope it breaks the curse of bad second sequels that Marvel has had going for them. Like "Spider-Man 3", "Blade 3", and "X-Men 3". Well, the last one wasn't that bad, just mediocre.
