Looking at panels 2 and 4, I'm guessing that either they're walking through the forest of flamingos . . . or the flamingos moved.
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

I wonder if there really is a record for that. If there is, I would like to top that.

Well, looks like Keene is going to have to start actually listening to Karishad's questions now - at least to the point of knowing whether or not "no" will happen to mean "yes".
Re: 2015/04/22 - Pretty In Pink
If Karishad managed to sneak some of these into Keene's office while he wasn't looking then he'd have...

At the Milton Mansion, morning dawns
and a billionaire looks out on his lawns
to see something both chaotic and bad -
he shouldn't yell 'Miles' but 'KARISHAD!'
It's better than some plans he had on the table,
using the fortune because he's able
to support a small country on the card
so one flamingo workshop's not hard.
It's better than the idea of the chocolate fountain,
spewing forth from St Helens mountain;
cheaper still than a thousand tutu's
worn by the newly employed Hutus.
You never know the chaos he will make -
This is Karishad so listen for sanity's sake!

Looks like Keene won't have to hire anyone to aerate the lawn this year.

how many of these do you think are actual flamingos Kari knows from the zoo?

Keene in panel one reminds me of the seventh doctor Sylvester McCoy when he was yelling at ace (his companion, also one of the best doctor who companions ever!)
The question "do you mind if ..." tricks people every time.
The name tag on Keenes desk isn't very descriptive seeing as there are 6 Milton running around.

The answer is six because the one in halo 4 was the last straw 343 industries went a step too far.Welsh Halfwit wrote:How many Pelicans is it before you get one too many?Argent wrote:"Does this dress make me look fat?"Number9Dysonsphere wrote:On the fields of Trenzalore, at the fall of the eleventh, when no living creature can speak falsely or fail to answer, a Question will be asked, a question that must never, ever be answered
Stu, loving the new housepets forum banner.
I wonder why Keene has to wear a collar in his own house, or ever, well sure there was the zoo incident.
Quickly every one do the Google animal test!
I wonder if there is a world record for pink flamingos in a yard. I would normally say probably not but there are some strange things in the Guinness book of world records.

Re: 2015/04/22 - Pretty In Pink
This so reminds me of something my oldest son would've done when he was seven or eight years old, had he thought of it first.
One time he wanted to see what would happen if he popped a huge bag of popcorn in a pot without the lid: He thought it'd be like fireworks and fill the kitchen chin-level with white, fluffy stuff. I kept telling him no until he managed to ask the question in an oblique enough way that I finally slipped up.
Karishad and him are likely kindred spirits!

I am so like Keene. I always interrupt people's sentences because I know it will be something stupid as always.

Moral of the story people: Listen to Karishad's requests all the way through!
Re: 2015/04/22 - Pretty In Pink
Never make a contract with Karishad.
Re: 2015/04/22 - Pretty In Pink
You say that like it's a Faustian bargain.
Re: 2015/04/22 - Pretty In Pink
And, Karishad made a new one of his foolish things! There's no peace at Milton's mansion. We could get a little worried of why he wasn't doing a new one, also if he's being busy with Tarot's paws. In theory, Miles the guardian should stop Karishad from doing these things, because of safety reasons, but it's surely impossible... Keene, blame yourself this time! Never dare to don't pay attention to what Karishad asks. Yeah, he can set a new world record, so a new occasion to make money, success, etc. for you. You can't get rid of him.

This is why you hear the whole question, and ask what the favor is before accepting.
I see that Keene is trying to make the most of it, though. Good for you.

I doubt that. I think Kari would drive Cthulhu insane.
