The burden of the past...
The feeling of facing an unsure future...
Will there be light? Or is only darkness awaiting?
We only find out be walking the path.
Lets do it with optimism in our hearts!

Re: Art Thread
That's beautiful, Hukley... Cute faces, InDaZone! Very nice work, Czukay. Cool draws, MrNeonShot. And I am a bit scared by that draw, The-J-Man... Good work. Those are pretty cute, Civilization and HoundInATree.
Hukley has been so kind to make me this cool draw commission. It's drawn by Yoshitura.
Thank you so much!

Well, a lot happened here, hehe... Now I'm behind... Well, great job Czukay, always great to see your work... InDaZone1219 I love that style, gives everyone your drawing a cool look... And awesome job as usual Hukley...
Well, I'm going to be like 48 hours behind on whatever Buster gives... So here's that old prompt: Ensnared Vessel
Play Elder Scrolls... You'll know what one of the ferret's doing...
And glad to see you got into this prompt thing to The-J-Man!

Magnificent job on the picture Civil! It looks really scary though and I like how it came out!
Re: Art Thread
Buster gave me the prompt: "THING OF NIGHTMARES"
So i decided this was as good a time as any to do the first ever maw-shot of Venn

Well, decided to change my avatar to show all my RP characters, since I work blind on the internet, I have no idea if it worked... So please tell me if this are the things you see for my avatar, will appreciate it!

Seems to be working, Civ.
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.
Re: Art Thread
awesome new pics guys
@IDZ: I really like how Phaaze turned out in this pic!
Aaaaaaaalright, let's start a little fluffy tail contest
For me it's pretty hard to decide who has the fluffier tail. Skunk or Fox? I love them both so what do you say?
I wonder who wins this round! ^^

Looks like Fox's tail is bigger and wider... But I put my little vote in for Skunk's.Hukley wrote:I wonder who wins this round! ^^

What cuties, but it's hard to say that... Both win! Not really, I choose the fox. Very nice work, Hukley! Good work with the changing avatars, Civilization.

Drawing with a mouse might be frustratingly slow, and look kinda bleh since its vectors, but it's kinda my only option right now.

Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

Re: Art Thread
I'm actually rather jealous of how you got the gradient in the eyes like that. Still haven't gotten that down. Also, what exactly are vectors?

Re: Art Thread
Sheesh Buster, that still looks great. What I would give to be able to use computer drawing stuff, like it takes me a long time just to draw by hand with pen and paper, and that's bleh, your stuff is not bleh Buster.

vectors are digital images based on relative distances of aspects instead of number of pixels.D-Rock wrote:I'm actually rather jealous of how you got the gradient in the eyes like that. Still haven't gotten that down. Also, what exactly are vectors?
so instead of reducing the size by halving the number of pixels (and therefore losing detail) you do it by halving the length of all the lines and distance between elements of it, maintaining the quality.

Re: Art Thread
Well, that's just the thing, they're not supposed to be a gradient, they're supposed to resembled fidget's but i can't do that level of detail with a mouse the way i can with... well... literally everything else. Unfortunately a mouse is pretymuch the only thing i can operate competently right-handed. and sprites and vectors are all i can make with a mouse, because i'm not actually 'drawing' anything. i'm just placing down points to extrapolate a curve, or pixels on a grid, one by one.

Re: Art Thread
I got the Prompt: INVISIBLE HUNTER
and as I was mentally rummaging through the different Stealthy animals I knew of, I remembered THE LICHEN HUNTSMAN SPIDER
quite possibly the stealthiest Animal to walk on the face of the earth!

Re: Art Thread
I know that feeling, but it turned out as a nice draw, Buster. Cool one, The-J-Man. Again good work, Civilization. Very nice picture cards, Kitch, but it's so weird that you changed 3 team clubs in 1 year.
