This is just like that Angry Beavers episode but much more sad.

Marvin needs to stop enabling Tiger's behavior. But at least he's actively doing something instead of looking like he's internally asking "Where did I go wrong?"

All those costumes and he settles for "hat."

It's good to see them out of the house. That is such a rare treat.

Marvin has a lot of patience to do this fourteen times in a row, even under protest. What happened to Tiger's costume(s)? They weren't the best, sure, but it was better then just a hat (he does look rather cute in that hat, though). This is probably how most of his neighbors react to Tiger, in any situation.

Tiger is so cute and innocent looking. Although, the neighbors should beware what happens when Tiger loses it.

The saddest part is. The sun thing doesn't change the fact that it's not even the 31st.

I dunno, I do feel a little bad for him. He's clearly a bit neurotic and obviously food obsessed. But he's also a dog and most animals in the HP universe don't have a great sense of consequences or planning. So he build these schemes to get what he wants and it usually doesn't work, but he's clearly getting fed. A lot. And once in a while he gets at least a partial win. Look at the eating contest. He didn't win the money, but he definitely ate his fill.

In an odd way, it doesn't help him that Marvin is there to help him out. Though without Marvin I'm sure he'd either be in the pound or found next to a partially ingested pile of Hershey Kisses.

The multi-costumes idea wasn't bad, but this one, instead...

So, if you couldn't use more costumes for the same houses, then how can you think to trick them by "hiding" the sun?

You've done fourteen tries so far... Marvin, if you got that's all useless, then, why are you continuing to help him?

I kinda feel sorry for Tiger as well. He has his problems, but how much of that is his own doing how much is because he was bullied by the other dogs because of his name is hard to say. Marvin might be there to keep Tiger from going crazy, and getting into trouble, as he probably would have liked to go home long ago.

A little detail I didnt catch st first, Tiger maintains that open mouthed grin even after the door shuts, as if he thinks the lady is coming back. Just another layer to his delusion.
