Also, I can't draw so I can not help out.

I do suggest being able to make a webcomic if you want to make a webcomic, rather then letting some one else do it.
I am surprised Laxan has not shown any of her comics here yet ^_^

Hey I need suggestions. Drawing traditionally isn't easy. You gotta worry about scanners and smudgin, etc. I am at a loss for what I should draw in. I have tried many things. The Fiber Castell drawing pens seem to be too pigmented and thick and don't scan very well. I tried a micron pen but the same problem there. Only thing that makes it look decent is my technical drawing pens, but when i scan it, i dunno what resolution I should scan in. It can scan up to 2400dpi. but i normally scan with 200. Now when I scan it gives me the choice of color, greyscale, or black and white. Most of the pictures I draw are outlines when I scan them. But if I choose black and white/text it pics up these small little dots around the lines themself and is a pain to edit out. They are not visible on the actual paper. When I scan with greyscale or color the outlines are not dark but a lighter/grey color. needless to say the lines all end up being way to thick no matter what I try/do..can anyone offer any suggestions?

I suggest getting a cheap scanner unless you are planning to scan high res color photo's or professional artwork

Um, so yeah, this is my second try at drawing digitally, and I must say, its hard to do with your finger (laptop pad). I'm still working on it, http://i53.tinypic.com/15mzjoz.jpg It's supposedly a scene from my book, but I'd rather pay someone (like Jennette Brown) to do my illustrations.

So. I liked this. So I traced it as vector, coloured it, etc...and finally finished.
