My first title for this was actually "This Isn't the First Time", I'm glad I got the message across. I'm glad you guys liked it!

Peanut is a lot like what we've come to know about Daisy. They both just want others to be happy. It's just that, it seems, that Daisy does it intentionally while it comes natural to Peanut.

And I'll chime in with another Great Job on the guest strip. This is another that I think nailed the characters, and this could easily have been a one shot by Rick and not been out of place.

Peanut can be a bit hard to figure out at times, but I think in a situation like this he genuinely thinks that she still has powers. It's just that he's such an open book that Tarot doesn't need mind reading powers with him.

I get zero impression that Peanut was not thinking those thing or was otherwise being disingenuous. Perhaps this was a game they played before Heaven's Not Enough, part 3 and Peanut though it was fun enough to play again, not believing/accepting that Tarot lost her powers.
